Continue to solo/duo grind in your v10 zone wherever there is a high density of mobs. Or cyrodiil delves. At v6 you could stay there all the way to v14.

When you hit level 45, you should have received a letter from the Undaunted telling you to go to their enclave in Wayrest.

Each day, there is a normal dungeon and a vet dungeon that are assigned as a quest.

You "Pledge to explore Dungeon X and return Undaunted!"

For the normal dungeon, if you complete it and fulfil the extra requirements (which means killing the optional bosses), you get a silver key.

For the vet version of the dungeon, completing it normally gives you a silver key. If you fulfil the special condition at the final boss battle (some of them are simple, some of them are more complicated), you will get a gold key.

You get XP for completing the dungeon (particularly if it's your first time there and you actually do the quest), and for handing in your Pledge and getting your keys. It's always easier to find a group for the dungeons that are the pledges that day. A lot of groups will be V12+ because there is unique loot that you can get from the dungeons, but there are always groups running them at lower levels as well.
