Low population bonus not working as intended!

ZOS Need to remove this low pop bonus!
This was a stupid idea to fix the population balance issue that plagues ESO.
AD on Thornblade keep being awarded low pop bonus even though they're never any lower than DC at anytime.
I've seen AD get this bonus many times before when they didn't deserve it!

✭AD was infact lower then both other factions yesterday with a mere medium pop compared to EPs lock (suprise) and DCs high. Although its *** that said bonus have never been given to DC which also have been the lower populated faction in the campign at times!:]1
