Well, camel models are already in the game (you can always find a few of them just outside Rawl'kha for example), so presumably if ZOS were to add camels as mounts they would use the existing models and just work on some new skins and animations for them. Or at least they'd use the existing models as a base for the design if for whatever reason they had to create new models.

Mammoth

Mammoth. Those big races need something they look like they fit on (tall Khajiit included). Plus, they could have the added benefit of carrying more than one player for those times when you're all travelling to conquer something group-worthy. They could also have more carrying capacity; for example, when upgrading this mount each day, by choosing the option where you increase inventory, you get 2 instead of 1 per day.

Because....mammoth.

A Palanquin sounds pretty cool, but impractical out in cyrodiil a bit don't you think? And imagine how silly it would look. You missed something as well. A lot of these creatures don't suit being mounts, and one mount which we know about was the Silt Striders used by Telvanni, Hlaalu, Redoran and Ashlanders.

Camel

Voted Camel because it's a logical thing to have. I'd really like to see a Welwa mount though.

For the bigger creatures (Wamasu/Mammoth/Silt Strider/etc...) I'd like to see them as a Cyrodiil-specific ride you can use to transport groups of people all at once--if any of you are familiar with the vehicles in Planetside 2, something like that. Make the purchaser the 'driver' and the rest are passengers. Maybe the passengers have the option to throw down caltrops over the sides to give them something to do, because being a passive rider was boring in Planetside 2.

Wow, that kind of reminds me of Halo, when you had your buddies riding along on the Warthog. Sounds awesome! It does make me think though if they have combat from Mounts like Hannibal's War Elephants, wouldn't it be nice if you could have cavaliers riding in lancer style? I don't think the game is built for it though, particularly since you can't also put up an actual shield wall (which would be awesome and require collision and such).
