✭@Varicite even if it procs only every second, the area it covers + the snare is invalueable. It gives you alot of freedom to kite and escape if you need to heal
Oh, this is granted. I did say that it was still an awesome ability.
I was just saying that it's probably not going to give you more SA procs due to the internal cooldown on SA. : )0 -
