We want what ZoS originally stated and promised as their apology... Anyone who purchased and signed up before June 30th, 2014 will be allowed to transfer copy the account. Period.

Fixed it for you.
Also, cool yo jets. Given enough time, they will release it for purchase on the Crown Store. Free cash right there.

Thank you for the civil response. I just get frustrated with people's narrow-minded responses. And that is what I am hoping for now. If i missed a free transfer... it sucks but so be it. But not to be available at all is ridiculous.

Fix it for the man. No excuses. If they can't fix the game, they can at least stand behind it with excellent customer service.
Get the man his console port!

Thank you NPK Daniel. But seriously... I'm not just voicing my outrage strictly on my own behalf. Anyone that purchased and signed up before June 30th, 2014 should be allowed to transfer their account as they originally announced. It's not fair to the gamers that have no idea about this matter. When they sign on June 9th and they get screwed because they can't get their money back because they digitally downloaded it or get half the value back from gamestop, ZoS will basically say who cares... they got their sales revenue
As for Rook_Master...
I'm not whining or throwing a tantrum... That's how an immature and cocky person would perceive these posts. I am not supporting the game unless there is verification or an announcement that reverses this. These posts are in hopes that others in my situation will think twice about supporting ZoS. But i am glad to see you are such an advocate for ZoS.

Personal issues are indeed why one would miss a deadline. Things happen that are beyond our control. Nonetheless, they are still deadlines and are implemented for reasons that may not be known or understood.
On a side note... Bethesda doesn't have much, if anything, to do with these cases, as they are the publishers while ZOS is the developer.

Yolokin_Swagonborn wrote: »I missed the deadline because I got really drunk with my mates at the pub. Challenged a few of them to a race back to my flat where the afterparty was supposed to be held. However, the fastest way back was though the alley, over two fences and in though the car park. They didn't know that but I did. My grand plan was to make it back way before them and sit on my couch passed out pretending I was there the whole time. Sounded like a hilarious and awesome plan to myself at the time so I started off at a breakneck pace in the opposite direction that they were going.
I scaled the first fence with no problem, it was just a plain wooden fence and there was a half height concrete wall/planter thing to the right side of it. Second fence was a bit of an issue, it was metal with those pointy spikey things on top. This took the longest but there was a section by the automatic gate that had less spikey things, and there were cross beams. I had scaled this sober before so I managed it without impaling myself.
I was on the home stretch now, only one unmanned car park entrance with one of those striped white and red guard rails like they have on train tracks. It was then that I heard the heavy footfalls behind me. One of my friends, Jason, had apparently followed me instead of the rest of the crowd. Clever girl. I break into a full on sprint trying to maintain my lead but Jason closes on me easily, zips past me, and starts to work his way around the guard rail. The only wait to beat him was to pretend that guard rail was the finish line. It looked like it was made out of pressboard and tape. Flimsy enough. I ran at it head on and YOLO into it. It wasn't pressboard. The darned thing was encased in fiberglass! It flexed at first then snapped in half with the part that was still attached to the articulating arm jabbing its way into my side between my lower two ribs. I scream like a little girl and roll away from it and stumble back to my place leaving a trail of blood and a piece of fiberglass stuck in my ribs.
Spent the rest of the night in the emergency room with a great story to tell but I completely forgot to buy a console port for my ESO character the next day and it was removed from the online store by the time I got back from the hospital.
I would also like an extension ZOS. Love you guys!
P.S. If you could also remove the cooldown on toppling charge I'd be double stoked.

Why?
At the same time my step dad had cancer, MacMillan were giving out incorrect info and i was looking up things for them, my life was jumbled and I STILL managed to read an email, load up and do the transfer in 30 days.
Condolences but sorry such things aren't any longer reasons that can cover missing a 1 month long window for sparing 10 mins

I am sorry for your loss. I cannot begin to understand your circumstances and would not think to judge a person's ability to deal with this. I nursed mum at home for a year.....I lost weight dangerously and by the end was not even able to go to work. I would apologise for not coping as well as you and missing my window of opportunity....but I did the best I could and you cannot possibly understand everything I went through to make that assumption. Anyone who has been through this more than once as I have realises each person's journey through the illness is unique. Suffice to say In those last few months of pure hell emails for a computer game were the very last thing on my mind as a primary carer. I barely had chance to eat or sleep.
I don't understand why they're restricting it so much. What's the benefit for ZOS and/or players from doing that? Why not just offer the copy to console service to everyone who had an account for the PC version before the console release date was announced?
Disclaimer: This doesn't affect me personally, just in case anyone thinks that's why I'm saying it. I don't want to play on console and had no intention of getting that version. I just think you need a good reason to inconvenience your customers (or potential customers) like this, to balance out the inevitable disappointment from those who unexpectedly find they're not eligible.
Sorry for being cynical but I have a hard time believing any company would accept that a customer could come many weeks after a discount drive has ended and asking to buy the product/service for the lower price - and get it.
Would guess the real issue here is greed and bitterness over a missed opportunity.

John_Lassiter wrote: »@Raash - a lot of the bitterness is from players who have been here since closed Beta may have taken a break from the game for a couple months and never heard a damn think about the console port dates. Despite them regularly sending me emails asking me to come back, they couldn't send one to give us a heads up that the port was Here.
You can tell how poorly they advertised it by how many people had no clue it was happening.
