many of you probably have noticed this by now:
A maximum of 400 people are able to receive the reward for the DSA weekly trial while up to 1200 people can get the reward for Hel Ra, the Archive or Sanctum.
Moreover, the 100 positions are not bound to an account but to an character. This means, that the groups/guilds that are most experienced with these trials are able to get several of their characters into the 100 positions.
Also, this sometimes reduces the number of players for each position to less than 4 (respective 12 for the large trials) if 2 players use new characters while the remaining use their old, already "placed" characters. E.g: players 1-4 get first place, then, players 1-2 switch to their alts, run with players 3-4 again and place second. Now, players 1-4 are placed first, while players 1-2 (alts) are placed second.
In a worst case scenario, this means that the first 29 places for DSA are blockable by 4 players (if each player has 8 characters) and only 16 players are needed to fill the 100 positions for weekly DSA.


My suggestion is, that
a: the positions are bound to the account
and/or
b: that the number of positions for weekly DSA is increased to 300.
