Annoying Game Bug

So lately I've been getting a 40% chance when I run from the Daggerfall wayshrine to the woodworking station and then stopping at the woodworking station and the game does a zone load screen, transitions into me falling/inside the ground outside the city, back into zone loading screen.

But today, it was different, I have another toon at the stables (I just log on him and raise his horse skills), the south outside city stables. Well anyways, it went from me stopping at woodworking station, zone load screen, me falling/inside ground outside city, back into zone load, and finally stopped the madness with me at the stables (same spot my other toon is at). I was unable to enter anything, so I logged out, logged in and right back at the woodworking station.

THIS BUG HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE I STARTED 3 MONTHS AGO.

Reminds me of something.
I use to be in the navy, a navy IT.
Whenever our ship got struck.
After the 1MC says "relax brace"
The thing everyone says is "CHECK THE GEAR"

You know what..

So many bugs in the game, so what did they do? Let go half the dev's and start designing crown store items.......

I can handle them not adding new stuff, if they just fixed the current bugs!

It does make PVP more interesting when you're never really sure if you're actually standing where you are standing, fighting who you are fighting. It's very Matrix rubberbanding around, teleporting to a fro, being killed with the observable contact with the enemy, using attacks and absolutely nothing happening, and getting loading screens every 10 min.

Story time

Once upon a time back in April/May2 2014 I played ESO on an older laptop. I would wander through the world, constantly falling through floors, getting stuck under stairs and more.. /stuck I figured should of had a hotkey.
Why was this happening?
This was happening because my older laptop could not load the graphics for the world around me faster then I could get to them. Therefore.. I would go somewhere.. where there should have been stairs (but there weren't) and then the stairs would load on top of me. This is where /stuck came in handy.

Fast Forward to I can't remember when
ESO added some wonderful "random loading screens". Yes, this was kind of annoying at first.. but then I realized... I haven't used /stuck at all!
Why?
ESO added these random loading screens to make up for your computer not loading the graphics fast enough.

Fast Forward to November 2014
I built myself a nice shiny new PC.. I even fired up the game until the built in graphics while I waited for my graphics card to come in.
What happened?
I didn't have random loading screens!
Why?
Because my computer could now load the graphics fast enough.

Moral of the story...
This is very very VERY likely to be due to something on your end. What's you computer specs? Is your internet good? (not sure if internet can cause this). Have you tried lowering your graphics settings and see if this resolves the issue?

Sure, maybe I hit the odd random loading screen... but we are talking RARE. As in.. I can't remember the last time I had one.

^^this. I haven't had a random loading screen in weeks. Try turning down the graphics. Not to say that ESO is bug free but what you describe sounds like a hardware problem.

What kind of computer do I need to build so that the Templar Charge doesn't prevent me from using another skill for 500ms after?
What kind of computer do I need to get the group finding tool to work correctly?
What kind of computer do I need to make postern doors work in PvP after I die?

Should I buy an Alienware?

I am using a modern I7 cpu with 32gigs and GeForce GTX TITAN using solid state drive

The random loading screen I understand (if the internet lag is bad) but why does take me only 4 seconds to zone into a new zone, but then I move too fast and the extra zoning screen appears, it takes 4 mins!!!!! to finish!

Zoning normally takes me 4-10 seconds. There 'FIX' takes 4 mins!!! (that has to be a bug)

It appeared EVERYTHING was already loaded and drawn. If this is a FIX to stop me moving into objects that has not been drawn yet. I NEVER had any object not been drawn before as I always had this high end machine.

So I think this FEATURE is broken.

But that aside, there are still tons of bugs that are still there since beta. I believe the issues is the game engine was never designed to handle what they are trying to get it to do. So maybe some of the bugs are design faults.

I bet ZOS uses some kind of computer the NASA uses, to test things before releasing it.. "Works as intended."

I mostly get a loading screen when I enter the woodworking station building, too.

That I fall through the ground at a station I only got in Mournhold several times, where my character was trying to use the clothing station, got a loading screen, fell through the ground, ended up at the woodworking station, got another loading screen, and then LITERALLY LANDED infront of the clothing station again.

As much as I hate it, I kinda got used to it, though

I just wonder if other players can SEE me falling down, I don't know^^

I'm not saying there isn't bugs, there sure is. Although the only time I ever experienced your "bug" was in the situation I stated above. If it is indeed a bug, it may not be wide spread.

Is this happening only in specific locations?

I have been experiencing this wonderful new bug lately. Now whenever I zone into Rawl'kha from Cyrodiil, maybe 80% of the time I end up being dropped from the moon or a nasa space shuttle onto the ground and dying. Yes, a nice free fall from nowhere. Thanks ZOS!

That the new Wayshrine is hungry bug feature.

Wayshrine run on souls and their mouths are on top of them
So then they are hungry, instead of spawning at them, you are spawned away above them so they can drop you into their mouth and feed.

And we thought they have not added any new features in a while

Someone sends you a mail.
Your hirelings are due to give you something.
Your in Cyrodil and never leave for 10 hours, never receive any mail or stuff from hirelings due to never zoning out.

Sorry folks, this game is too wonderfully coded, HEAVILY coded. That you just need a GOOD PC I mean a REALLY GOOD PC like 32 GB RAM Quad Core 4GB VGA, 8 TB of memory and what not to run it smoothly. I mean, if you want to get your mail on time... Its all about the person PC, its NEVER the games fault.

Been 12 hours and never got any mail??? Better run PC diagnostics, it sure as oblivion isn't the games fault.

Logging out, logging in is the norm for this game... However, BELOW AVERAGE for all MMORPG games.

What? What? I bought an item from guild trader... Where is it??? Serious? I have to log out and log in to get it? Serious?

It does suck with the mails, the only and best workaround (when in town) is to just enter the Refuge, and the mail pops up for sure. That's not how it "should" be, but the fastest way atm to get it without relogging.
