Champion Points and A New Char

I have a VR14 Char(s) pre update 6 when champion points when 1st went live. So I got my 70 point bonus. Three days ago, I started a new char, but I did NOT get my 70 point bonus, just what I have earn since then Update 6 when live -- about 52 points. Isn't ALL champion points shard account wide?

✭✭I remember there being some confusion about that before 1.6 dropped.
I made the next 2 chars I was going to play ahead of that because (knowing ZOS) I could see there might be problems and to get a head start on Riding skill training. Both of them had the CP available to them after 1.6.
This doesn't help you much, sorry, just keeping this up top for you so you might get an answer

✭✭✭✭✭Interesting. I know I got my 70 points right back when I first logged into my old V14 after the champion system went live... and once they were added to the account c-point pool, every character had them. Sounds like something may have gone iffy in this case...0
