Join us and come jump down the rabbit hole. I appreciate you trying to bring more attention to this issue but be careful how you do it. As @Epona222 said, your approach comes off a bit hostile and your target audience is confusing.
If I wanted to bring more attention to this issue and make a new forum topic for just Toppling charge alone, here is how I would do it. I would take in-game video of
Toppling Charge > Biting Jabs, and then Invasion > Biting Jabs.
Then I would start a topic called [Video] Invasion vs Toppling charge: a Comparison. That way you have some evidence and ammunition for a good discussion as we could compare the video and see if toppling charge has a longer delay after use than invasion.
Do you have the ability to record video or can you get anyone else to do that? I think that would warrant a new topic thread and be helpful for the community.

Jaxsun✭✭✭✭I have asked multiple times including in the 30 page thread about bugged templar abilities and Gary, Gina and the rest of zos have answered every other question except this one. I suggest you all read that whole thread before trolling me. They specifically dodge it. They say its working as intended but never say why the cool down exists. It's crap and they need to explain why this ability has a global cool down while the other charge abilities do not.
