Emote Help

Eso live possibly February the animation lead guy was on there and said something to the effect of "if you see an animation in game that you would like an emote of to please submit a request as this was easy to add?
Can anyone find that? Am I going insane?
Technical support doesn't even seem to understand to forward the request to the appropriate guy...so frustrating....
To make matters worse when they replied the mail did not display my whole message so I cannot even get the name of the characters doing the two emotes I want without relevelling a new character all the way to coldharbor....

Basically I want the punch and the fall animations from the library of Dusk where Kierthei punches Raynor and he falls down backwards as animations....it would be super cool if you could target a player and it popped them a box to allow or not allow and did a two player animation would be amazing!
