After Lvl 50 - Other Alliances

I have checked several websites about this but none give clear answers.

The Question is this:- I am at Vet Lvl 1 and have completed all the quests in my Alliance area (Except killing Molag Bal). At what point do I get the option to do the quests in the other 2 alliance areas?

Finish molag bal and you will start the path.

Talk to Cadewell or whatever his name is back in the cave (Harborage or whatever is call) where you met with your companions after beating Molag Bal. Congratulations, now you can re-grind two more PVE only areas which are super boring.

No, they are NOT boring. I do have my issues with parts of this game or its developement (like should-be-out-already new zones), but I still appreciate and adore how every single zone and quest was created in all its details. It's not boring at all. However it DOES start to get kinda boring when you do it the second time or even more often, but that's not the same. Assuming by the posting of the OP that he's new to the game, so please don't give him the idea of the game to be boring. Grinding or not, there are quests to solve and new things to discover like in the low level zones.

Btw, I'm a bit surprised that you say how boring it is (apparently you've done it several times already), but still don't know Cadwell's name or that the Harborage is indeed called the Harborage. Weird.

Like @Heromofo said, you need to defeat Molag Bal. After this, you'll see it automatically, you can't miss :)

But you need to know that you can NOT travel to both other areas right away. Only if you finish the second alliance, the third will be available for you after you talk to Cadwell in the Harborage again.

If you're a Pact player, your next alliance will be the Covenant (starting in Daggerfall/Glenumbra),
If you're a Covenant player, your next alliance will be the Dominion (starting in Vulkhel Guard/Auridon),
and if you're a Dominion player, your next alliance will be the Pact (starting in Davon's Watch/Stonefalls).

Not sure how others handle it, but I use to do my "endgame" stuff at.. well.. the end of the game.

That should tell you something about the enjoyment you get from playing MMOs when you're just focused on "endgame."

And 2 lols at "hardcore" being defined as racing to VR14.

To me "Hardcore" is a player who isn't concerned with
    • Story
    • Gameplay
    • Characters
    • Music
    • Atmosphere
    • Immersion
    • Graphics
    • Features

What they are concerned with is a very short list of:
    • Being better than others who are playing the game.

I wear my "casual" moniker with pride.
What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.
    That's right... Horse.

I only have one toon and all my alts are bank mules. I did enjoy the main story, fighter's guild, mage's guild and main AD quests involving the queen but I cannot enjoy the 100s of mini quests that are trivial to the story. I am sure many people like me just skip the dialogue and just go kill, collect, etc., whatever you have to do for the experience. This game make you grind and grinding is not fun. This is still my favorite game but only because of Cyrodiil and the freedom of the class system.
