Exploration of unavialable locations (Wrothgar and Murkmire in next release)

so it happends two times with me now
huge lag in Cyrodiil and after this i cannot see any enemies, use any skills, and i cannot die
so i can swim wherever i want
P.S. bug dissapear if i restart the game
1st time i was on the mount so i cant turn left or right(idk why) - and i explore Imperial City alittle
2nd time i was on foots, so i can explore abit more territory around Cyrodiil, i can go to Wrothgar or Murkmire but failed - try to turn ON Shadow Play to record my exploration but game crushed after it....
so i will try to catch this lag again and write a video and get to the Wrothgar and Murkmire next time! Stay tuned!

important discovering - there is no way from Cyrodiil to the ocean and a big water is a fake! but it not match to the lore
