Daedric Generals in Cyrodiil

Are the dolmen generals more common in Cyrodiil? I soloed all the dolmens as EP on Azura's Star (only got ganked twice), and noticed I was getting generals fairly often. Managed to get 3 of the same one (pirate) and 1 of Molag Bal's son. That battle took me about 10 minutes by myself.

Yeah, but you can get them all to spawn at any anchor , so it is much harder to get a specific one if you are trying to get the achievement.

It is good to grind up a majority of them in Cyrodil, then hunt down the remainder in zones where the spawns are more fixed.

@traigusb14_ESO2 has it right. When doing dolmens in Cyrodiil I experienced a much higher spawn rate for generals than I saw in any other zone (it seemed like almost 1 in 2 was a general - I'm sure the actual rate was lower than that, but it sure seemed like a lot of generals). For hunting specific generals though, you're much better off going to dolmens in your alliance's zones, though, because there you know which generals can spawn in which zone, so you can greatly increase your odds of getting the particular general you need.

Quick tip for dolmen farming, if you are stamina build, run caltrops+evil hunter. So much passive damage. Though I am geared at v14, I can basically afk dolmens with that combo in cyro (I have to roll on generals though to survive). Bit off topic, but it can help with your kill times.
Generals do have a higher pawn rate in cyrodiil, at least that is the consensus among people I play with.
