How exactly can we transfer our characters without this account feature enabled (for those of us who did not participate in the Beta)? When will it be enabled? Do we have an ETA on this, other than the old "soon"?

It was window there from April 9 till May 9 not only for beta testers.

If you got your notice of copy email, characters will have been copied from your PC account to the ESO TU console server.0 -

"This feature is currently disabled until we launch The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited for PlayStation®4 and Xbox One."
The game has not launched yet so what is so hard to understand that this will come shortly? The PC-to-console transfer is scheduled for June 1 so it won't happen before then.0 -

A.) ZoS cannot "magically" guess which one of millions of PSN/ Live accounts is ours. I would think that it would need to be linked before the transfer. Otherwise what are they copying and to where?
B.) June 1st is the date of the character copy. I'm not sure why a bunch of you keep bringing up the date as if it has relevance to my question. I have read the email fully. It says nothing of linking accounts or the necessary steps to actually play my toons on PS4. Nothing at all.
Once the data is copied, at what point should our accounts be linked? I would presume beforehand, since Live and PSN are on different servers.

The accounts won't need to be linked prior to the transfer. More information on account linking will be available in the email that will come with your game key.0
