I play the pc version...if I move to console is there any kind of discount or perk?
Just curious.....I just got a PS4 and have been playing on console since launch.

- You play on console servers
- You only play with other console players

Those owners qualified to later buy a $20 promotion which was only available to the first group described above from April 9-May 9 2015.
Those who took the offer and paid are the only few who will have their PC account copied over to console as of Jun 1 2015.
Anyone else will need to buy the console game at a retailer or on the console store and play new-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

Terrible....terrible idea. Why limit the PC players when it's just another copy of the game being sold and we have been beta testing it for what a year or so?

They aren't limiting PC players in any way at all.
If you bought it on PC in the first 3 months you could copy over.
If you waited then you had no plans to play on either PC or console.
The promotion was due to the 12+ month delay. They game was set for June on console just after the April PC launch.
Also, they made a big deal about the promotion so the only ppl who missed out are those who didn't want to buy either around release last year.
Considering they are giving those who brought it AND who paid a sub a $40 coupon for the game AND an account copy
That's a VERY generous offer.

Oh I see. So I buy the game and pay a sub for a year for an unfinished game. Then they finish the game, make it buy to play removing the sub and put it on consoles. But after a year worth of subs and buying the game for PC I have to buy another copy of the game and buy Gold Live or PS+.
