they have stated many times that no new content until after console launch which is in June. Console launch is a very broad time frame because with launch I'm sure there will be issues like there are with a lot of games either with game functions such as party chat, group launching, etc. So, I'm banking on new information around end July if lucky maybe August or September.
Though could be wrong and they have something going on in June, I've been here since Beta, I'm a patient man, and I like the game so for myself I'm willing to wait. Others may not be who knows, I say sit back relax enjoy the game and have fun.
What you really mean is:we know new content is to hit in June
Um, OK then...

My guess is around the first of July. They will want console players to have a few weeks playing the game before putting up DLC for people to buy. Hopefully sooner than that though.

1. They said that following the console release all updates would be released at the same time across all platforms.
2. No DLC until a "decent" time after console release - or console players will wonder why it wasn't included in the game they bought.
Give the average console player a few months to get to VR14, and a couple more to get bored, then release new content just in time for Christmas.
I think folks are looking at this wrong. ZOS isn't intentionally trying to screw you over.
You have to acknowledge that PC launch was essentially a disaster. That's the starting point for understanding what's gone on in the game over the last year. You've also got to acknowledge the game was designed for consoles from day one. All of it's combat systems are designed for controller.
They had announced console launch for shortly after PC, and then announced a six month delay a month after PC launch and only a month before the console was supposed to launch. That six months turned into a year, nothing they had planned as far as updates or even the economic model of the game survived first contact with the playerbase.
It should have been obvious to everyone when the console delay announcement was made it was going to be a rough year for PC players (as if it wasn't already in beta). They couldn't afford to close the PC servers down and frankly they needed a live testbed to have any hope of fixing the game.
Anyway I guess what I'm trying to say here is console launch had to happen, those resources had to be invested and now console is ZOS' second and last chance at a successful launch, they need console to be a success and bring in revenue to fund further development, and hopefully they have been busy the last year on stuff we haven't seen yet to make that possible.
If ZOS isn't going to release new Content(Zones, Dungeons & Quests) within the next 3 months then they need to fix all of the problems in the game. If they don't, they will lose a ton of players to other games with more stability and content. Game stability is what will help keep people here when there isn't anything new to do. Who wants to go into Cyrodil with all the complaints about lag and spells not firing! We all want to experience everything this game has to offer WITHOUT THE LAG. If they do not fix these problems quickly more and more people will just leave.
