Unable to gain any further progress in the Undaunted skill line

I am a VR14 DC Templar. I have been running dungeons, trying to max out my Undaunted skill line.
I dinged Level 9 and am 10/200 into that level. I have run a number of Veteran Pledges but no longer get Undaunted skill increases.
Mind you, I get XP, but do not get any Undaunted increases.

I'm not super worried because I have that last passive unlocked now but I'd like to see it ding lvl 10 all the same.

I have submitted a /bug report ingame:
Reference Number for this bug: 150515-000249
It's been 3 days with no acknowledgement of any sort.

Mind you, I run the Veteran Pledge (Gold) @ VR12 level every day (gotta hope for a helm), but it would be nice to have my Undaunted skill increase.

@ZOS_GinaBruno can you look into this please?

I have the EXACT same problem. Except im stuck on 5/200 in level 9 undaunted.

Is that the skill line with the Dawnbreaker ultimate? You could try using that. Unless it's Fighters Guild. Don't remember.

Dawnbreaker is fighters guild...

And yes its normal that you cant reach undaunted lvl 10 atm

Not true, mine is 10 and I know a few others who had theirs go all the way up as well.

I am not sure because I have not tried but one of my Guildmates swears the only way to max Undaunted is with a Vet DSA completion....

Is this possibly the issue?

I didn't have vDSA complete when I had it 10.

well public dungeons cant it be neither, i didnt got all when i hitted 10
same for normal delves (missed some in cyro)
same for dolmen

Seems like an obvious bug to me, as completing pledges no longer increases Undaunted level for me after rank 9 in that skill line, when they did increase it previously.

That alone tells you that something is not right. Why some people are able to get level 10 and some aren't is curious but not really important (unless it has something to do with the bug itself)

In each region, I've done:
all dolmens
all world bosses
all public delves
explored all points of interest
all group dungeons

It must be a bug. Still no acknowledgement from a game master though

9 is the max level but you'll get more from additional undaunted tasks the first time but not more past 9 for the undaunted tasks. It is working as intended.

its a bug, been there for a long time <around the time they put in the other passives>, only some people have the bug

ZoS is aware of it, it will be fixed, but as there is nothing to gain from getting it to level 10 I assume its been put way down on the list of bug fixes because there are other bugs that need fixing sooner that actually affect the game

I do not think it was a bug. Those of us who maxed undaunted at the previous level 5 didn't get additional credit from the additional undaunted tasks we complete at level 5. I think having the undaunted level to last 9 for first time undaunted task completion was intended so the points wouldn't be lost if they increased the line again.

With that, it would be pointles to permit the daily pledged to bring the line up to 10 since they would defeat the purpose stated above.

But I"m not at level cap.
I am at lvl 10 in the Mages Guild and the Fighters Guild.
I have 190 spaces remaining until I'm maxed.
I get XP from running the Pledges.

I do not understand your argument.

Yeah that logic doesn't make any sense at all. The only reason that pledges aren't taking everyone to rank 10 must be a bug.

I got some undaunted xp increases from healing and blocking in delves?
Could that be the missing part?

I have achieves for "healing 'x' amount of HP" and even for blocking (healer aggro).
Really have no idea and it seems to behave like a bug.
I do the Undaunted Pledge, I get (Champion Point) XP (I'm VR14), I get skill line increases in OTHER skills (i.e. dual wield, etc), but the Undaunted Skill Line is on Level 9 (10/200).

It was poorly designed and coded accordingly. They didn't set up the passives to max at 10, so there is essentially no reason for the line to continue once you roll over to 9.

It's a bug, and it's been that way since they raised the undaunted cap.

It has zero effect in game other than giving you a pretty skill bar without that annoying empty space.

I'm just glad I'm able to get all of the passives.

Yes, it's annoying but I'll ignore it now.
Forgive my ignorance, silly me thought the skill line went to 10 since, you know, the line goes to 10.
