PvE buffs from Cyrodiil are killing PvP

It is as simple as that.

Adjust the trials accordingly so the carebears do flip their wigs.

But in any case, get rid of buffs when not in Cyrodiil.

    Please do. As it is people complain that end-game pve is 'too easy' well of course it is when you have buffs out the yin yang, or try to glitch your way through it *cough* beartrap*cough*

    I'd advocate removing the buffs entirely as it doesn't make sense for an army to become even MORE powerful the more it holds. If anything, an army should become more strained having to cover more territory. But who cares about realism in this game hmm? I mean people living through 5 simultaneous siege shots because you spam purge, or oil not being useable on the ground because it doesn't hurt the person using it.. Who needs that seriously gosh....

    Agreed 100%........ buffs from PvP should only have affect while you are PvPing in your home campaign. While in the rest of Tamriel they should be inactive.

    And I have a question: Are your Cyrodil buffs from your home campaign active if you are in a guest campaign? They shouldn't be. For example if your EP and homed in NA Thornblade right now do you still have access to your pvp buffs when you go into Azura's Star..... I've never looked.

    No they are not carried from one campaign to another. While in Cyrodiil, you only gain the benefits from the server you are currently in.

    Completely agree, all PvP buffs should be there for those of us that actually fight for them.

    There has been a few threads regarding this topic dotted about, and sometimes quite controversial.

    My opinion is this, you want your buffs then fight for them, or if not then they should only be in PvP.

    Way it is now, some people actually moan cos they do not have buffs, but, (love the logic here), they will refuse to fight/help to get them, to which I think is unfair.

    Good thing is, many are getting used to not having buffs or fighting for them or not wanting them at all.

    See how things develop I suppose.

    The only PvP buff should be emperor. all other cyrodiil based buffs (also excluding the larger hp pool while in cyrodiil) should be gone.

    The buffs have never positively contributed to pvp in any way. It has in fact done the opposite

    Finally, a nerf this Carebear can live with! PvP buffs poison PvE with unnecessary drama and imbalances. With all the grief these buffs cause, you'd think ZoS would have done away with them already.

    Having said that, if they DO abolish the PvP buffs, they need to rebalance player stats in favor of more health for everyone. The base stats without the buff are totally unsuitable for regen builds that use drinks instead of food.

    The buffs need to be removed from PVE. The PVP buffs need to be reworked so that simply, if you control all your home keeps you get the majority of your buffs. Some extra buffs for scrolls and call it a day.
    Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
    Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
    Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
    Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
    Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
    Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
    Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.

    Remove the buffs from PVE or remove totally. As they are now they create a situation where campaigns are used as buff servers.

    Same as for emperor, remove the former emperor buffs and emperor farming will disappear overnight.

    Buffs aren't the problem. Number of servers is the problem.

    if they ever manage to make it lag - free then forcing everyone into 1 big cyrodil instance is the only real way to balance it. No issue with night capping either then because all alliances on all the time.

    Current campaign is too small for everyone though obvs.

    Not sure what the big deal is anymore. The campaigns have become much more dynamic than the old everyone gets a buff server model.

    I'd be fine with removing most of the buffs, but the ones that give a small XP and gold boost seem benign.

    Cyrodiil buffs should effect pve. They should be xp bonuses, gold bonuses, maybe gathering time reduction. We want pve players to dabble too.

    That said, population caps for campaigns should be sliding percentage instead of static. You shouldn't have 200 ep and 5 dc/ad. Cap ep at +50%. Dead campaign is dead for all.
