OK, it's that time of the year again. I lost the original post, so here we go...
WHY do the NPC on resources seems to (a) ignore your stealth status (b) have crazy range.
In other words, you can't sneak around keep resources. At all. Go within 100m of a flag? Here comes the fireballs and IN-COMBAT status for the next 5 minutes.
For the x-th time last night I was flanking an attacking force, getting ready to wrecking-blow-flap-flap-dragon-leap the snot out of some folks... but NOOOOOOOO............ they're at the edge of a resource. So the NPC (who are at least 100m away) spotted me, kicked me out of stealth, and proceeded to serve me on a silver platter to the enemy's party.
Brilliant. Just f**kin brilliant.

✭✭✭✭Yeah I get all kinds of quirks with those tower NPCs.
One time I had every mobile NPC for whole tower come running at me from between the tower and the keep at Ash...probably 100-150 yards away from the flag and I was just standing there. My guild was with me and started laughing because they think I must have ganked one of the devs so much that he coded some /target Ezareth code in the NPC AI.

WRX✭✭✭✭✭These are well-trained guards who stand all day and night just simply protecting their little flag, waiting to be promoted to the worthy and intimidating keep guards. And I am sure all resource guards have dreams (which couldn't happen because they don't sleep) of being inside faregyl one day.
What seems to have happened here, is this guard that detected you seems to be in excellent form and shows true promise and dedication when it comes to protecting his home land. Job well done guard, job well done.Decibel GM

✭i honestly think the ability to stealth into 100% invisability is stuipid... Hiding 50+ people in the middle of a open road. there is no *** way ANYTHING WITH EYES could be unable to see something like that...
at least change it to a 80-90% transperancy instead of completly gone...
anyways ya the guards have crazy rage and they do seem to never undetect you.... i guess Sneak attacks are not allowed in PvP land against NPCs. it honestly annoy the *** out of me at times.I play every class in every situation. I love them all.1
