Please tell me this is a case of the ESO team being awesome and totally making not only a nice play on the blasphemy/Divines thing, but also a total nod to the greatness that is Depeche Mode.
Though I think it's more likely that I'm just an old person who really really likes Depeche Mode and this quip has nothing to do with the band and/or that song.
