People say it doesn't work...but every time I use the thing it works just fine, I think it's just a case of not enough people using it. It is slow bUT it always finds someobe.

There also isn't any feedback related to how long you should expect to wait. You can easily have 1hr long queues in other games as a DPS, but they tell you that it'll take about an hour. Since we don't have any idea how long the wait is for ESO, we either leave early or don't use it at all, when the wait time could have been the same as it is in other games or possibly even shorter.

So one improvement could be to add an expected wait time counter?

Three whole grouping tool threads on the same day. Not trolling but just mentioning that it is probably more beneficial to have all this information together vs spread out. Yea, yea, I know we all have something that needs its own thread.

People say it doesn't work because it is extremely inconsistent and seems to be much less reliable for vet ranks.

Customer Support is also acknowledging that it isn't working properly every time someone submits a ticket about it.

That's one possible improvement. Its the same reason why people get way more impatient sitting in traffic for 5 minutes versus sitting at a traffic light for 5 minutes. The light has an implied wait time that you know will end soon, but the traffic could last indefinitely as far as you know. Setting some sort of expectation would help a lot.
