Something to think about to add perk to sub nothing game winning

I posted on another thread but thought well lets start a new one cause well we don't have a bunch already

so was thinking for sub perks I'm cool with way they are they are fair in regards to number crowns you get and xp bonuses. But, seems like that's not enough of incentive to get more people to sub which is cool. I understand that there needs to be fairness and balance to those that have purchased the game yet don't wish to sub.
they added bonus to subbing would be and seems fair is:

Ability to choose any race for any faction: Now I understand it comes with the imperial edition (I believe) and you can purchase it for like ten dollars I think. But, plus side is you can offer that for those that still don't want to sub but will pay a one time fee to get it or offer it with a sub and get 15 dollars a month from a person subbing.

Added character slots: Ability while subbing to create say 12 characters instead of the eight you can now. For as long as you sub you get the 12 slots and if you decide you want to stop subbing then when it runs out you get to keep and choose your eight characters and rest are frozen (I believe Star Wars old republic does something like this when your sub fee runs out but in their case you only get like one character I think).

now both of these things are things people want or at least seem to want imo they are nice little perks that don't cause an unbalance with those that don't sub and don't really take away from the imperial edition in regards to choosing any faction for any race.

I dread games that freeze yr assets. Won't even log into EQ2, a game I used to adore, because when I do I see inventory and character slots blocked off since I'm not currently a subscriber. The thing is, without the access to mah stuff, I'm not going to get re-hooked into wanting a sub. What they may have felt was incentive is exactly the opposite for me.

I could really support a sub that gave you, outright, no freezin's later on, a character slot as a loyalty reward. Say, three months sub = 1 more character slot. Yours to keep even if you stop subbing after three months. Or, in another three months, a second, additional character slot. And so on. I suppose there could be a cap. But, gorsh, it'd be marvelous if there wasn't. I'd sub for life, I would.

LoTRO does this kind of F2P model. When you sub - many F2P limits are lifted for the duration and some remain permanent, like gold cap, virtue/trait slots etc, but once your sub runs out you lose some character slots and they get frozen until you resub/purchase additional slots from store.
