Have you finished Craglorn quests and dungeons?
There are PvE dailies in Cyrodiil and also repeatable quests in Craglorn, enjoy!
You can also run trials and pledges for Undaunted.

Craglorn, Cyrodiil and Dungeon runs or grinding. There's not a lot of (Any) new content out there....

As Lifsteinn pointed out, there is a lot of PvE in Cyrodiil. If you complete all the dailies in each town at least once and get all the dungeons cleared and skyshards collected you will easily be V13 by the time you are done with it.

After that, there are the quests in Craglorn (both main quest line and dailies) that should get you the rest of the way.

The OP did say solo spots, so... no. You have to team up for Crag, which can be irksome. Cyro is somewhere you can go solo, but it's definitely different than your safe PvE experience thus far, even if you don't try to engage in combat with anyone. Dungeons are, obviously, group content. Cyrodiil is probably your best bet, honestly.

Sorry, man. We're all just waiting for a content update. Until then... go kill some mudcrabz?

Just reroll and save you the trouble or go back and search for quests you missed. You play too fast if you ask the community and have not turned on every stone yet You should be ashamed.

Let me check with my friend who was trying to do one of the quests solo last night how far he got. Craglorn is not that hard if you know what you are doing. I've not tried soloing stuff myself, but I've gone into some dungeons with just one other player and while it was a bit challenging, we did what we needed.

I'm not a big PvP player. Pretty much every time I managed to kill someone who attacked me was because I got lucky. But I love the PvE in Cyrodiil and have a completed map on two characters and a 99% completion on a third.

And that's you're advice to a returning player? Reroll? Nice...

i think thats the most honest thing to tell him, there are close to no grinding to be done unless you want to fool him into going to lagville.... thats just pure evil.

I've recently been doing a bunch of PVE in Cyrodiil, and apart from one evening when my guildies and I (we were doing a guild delves event) were all getting massive lag, it's actually been pretty good. I've been enjoying the Cyrodiil PVE, even if it is sometimes interrupted by a desperate fight against random enemy players (and despite not being a PVPer and not having a setup optimized for PVP, I only seem to end up getting killed a little over half the time, so I think that's not too bad).
