Vampire and stamina build, why not go WW?
I would say you would run loe on stam regen.
No 2nd bar with skills, hard to survive without a heal or health shield.
Rapid strikes is good against shields, as is fear, they have same purpose in my mind, none of them deal dmg of any amount.
I like flying blade, but I switched to 2h for the heal. Use vigor?
Aim for atleast 1.8k stam regen.
I prefer evil hunter in pve, maybe I could use stealthed hunter in pvp, but take up slot for other skill like killers mark blur or cloak.
Have some defensive skills.

I'd drop 2 pieces for skoria set if you find yourself in love with rapid strikes. Rapid Strikes is a DoT and will proc Skoria's meteor effect. It would really depend on a lot of other things though, like how many DoT's you can manage to squeeze in while flurrying.

I'm a sorc and can lay down 4 different DoT's while flurrying (5th DoT), so it works for me. Might be different for a NB though.
