DLC Requiring Subscription -- What if?

So, I've been throwing something back and forth with a coworker of mine. Simply put, if DLC was released which required an active sub, would new/alternative guild traders be offered in new zones? Additionally, if someone doesn't actively sub, yet the GM does, should it be allowable for non-subs to continue benefitting from the new location if the guild won the bid?

I gave it some thought and decided to see what others thought. Based on how the game is built right now, it would be safe to assume that new trader locations would be present in the new DLC zones. Say someone sub-hops until they have gotten what they can out of the content, then unsubbed.

All this leads me to believe that we probably won't see a DLC requiring subscription but rather a simple purchasable DLC. Then again, they could totally revamp the trader/economy system and blow this theory out of the water...

The problem for me is that you will have people spending more a month on store items than a sub and not have access to the content.

That's not the evolutionary reflection of a modern game pricing structure.

Words contained in posts, at which point I stop reading and will not respond...
Toon / Mana / WoW or any acronym following "In ___" /
Pets (when referring to summoned Daedra) / Any verbiage to express slang (ie, ending in uz,az,..) / Soul Stone
    ... to be continued.

    Now, get off my lawn.

True. I didn't consider that. Just makes it more logical to offer a free or paid DLC with more enticing Crown Store items at that time. Thanks for the response.
