Emperor buff bugged? (EP)

Hey I'm on Azura's Star and we have had Emp for 5hrs and i don't think its working correctly. My main toon has about 18k pre Emperor and should have around 20-21k with the buff. I just left Thornblade yesterday to follow my guild thinking I would finally try to PvP and work my way on the leaderboards. Probably was a mistake.. If you know if this is bugged please let me know. PLEASE no hate that EP has Emperor on several servers, not under my control.

ZOS remove pvp buffs from PVE really.No buffs=no rage

thats not what this is for and its no rage just wondering where 3/4k health went.

it's 35 health per level=2240 health

I have the buffs, but I don't rage either.
Not sure if they work, though, I never check.

The buffs are based on your home and 'refresh' every time you change zones or something, if i'm not mistaken.. when you have it you just have to check it on character page. usually says what each one does.

..Damm EP and their guildz that lag the game to farm emp .-.

It says i have Emperor but i have pre emp health. Thats why i'm asking Zen if it's bugged.

the "where is my buffs" thing long ago lost its appeal

just remove them from PvE..

The Emp bonus should be working. At least before the little patch on Monday it was. Not really sure what you can do to fix it other than submit a bug report.

Pretty sure most people are completely missing your actual question.

I couldn't submit a bug earlier today because it too was bugging out so I came here hoping for Zen to respond.

I agree, I'm sorry AD and DC are so salty they don't have a server they own. I personally hate EP has 3 emperors right now.

Again for anyone still reading this thread: THIS IS NOT A "Where's my buffs" thread. I just want to know since I switched to Azura's Star (in hopes of actually having some keeps to take and people to kill) from Thornblade which both last time i logged on had Emperor in EP. I know to look for my Health, as it was not added when i had the Emperor tag under character menu. I know my health should sit at 20-21k with Structured Entropy on my main bar with my current setup (as of patch 2.0.8). It's currently 18.4k right now "with Emp" so at leads me to believe the health buff was not added/bugged.

I personally don't care if I have the buffs or not I just want to sit around 20k health on my toon. I just want to know before i spend gold on a attribute respec it's bugged or something else is bugging.

Thats funny, EP got EMP on a Thursday at 1 am and they don't want people hating on them?
