Why does my costume keep dissapearing

I wonder if other people have this as well.
I bought the sneaky costume set from the crown store, I love the way they look.
But the costume keeps dissapearing, ofthen it seems to be related to changing instance or porting from one place to another.
But I can;t set it to a specific thing.

Do others have the same problem?
This is realy about the crownstore costumes (or the ones rewarded) not about the ones you find in world.

I haven't had this happen. Bought a wedding dress and kept it on for a few days. Changed instances, logged off/on multiple times, never had this happen.

Sneaky costume is being sneaky.

I've had my costume disappear or partially glitch out on me a few times but not often enough for me to find a pattern. I don't have advice to help you but if you catch it happening, try taking a screen shot of it and post it here, it may help devs fix it.

Does this happen after combat? For example, with regular disguises, you lose the disguise if you go into combat and have to reacquire it or reequip it.

I can't say why this happens with costumes, but I'm often getting this with my vanity pets. Sometimes they don't show up when I login or when I enter another zone/interior, and then out of nowhere, they just pop up some time later which I notice when I can hear the sound of velvet paws following me

No it does not happen after combat, and a screenshot would sadly only show me wearing it or not wearing it.
I have done one or two bug reports but it's a lot of typing...
I have heard of the vanity pets dissapearing.
Only the odd thing is, when I go to my collections system it tells me I'm still wearing it... Only picking another costume or dis- and then enableing it fixes it.

Hey Pema,

I had this happen to me as well! I would often strut around in my Dark Seducer costume, only to find that as soon as I was hit by an enemy it would magically disappear! It seemed to be fine in open world for the most part, but as soon as I would zone out or move into a delve it would happen again. Very annoying!

I sent a message to the customer support in-game. I never got a response, but my issue was miraculously fixed within a few days. I haven't had any issues since!

I don't get this with costumes, but I do get this with my pets that follow me around. I swim, they disappear. I run too far ahead of them, they disappear and never reappear. I get hit enough times, they disappear. They only reappear when I port somewhere. Sometimes they don't though.
