Will Crown Store motifs transfer to console character?

If I were to buy a motif for one of my characters today, would it transfer over when that character is "copied" over to the console? The Crown Store only says "usable by one character on your account" but I presume it would copy over with that character on the console too, no? I wouldn't want to end up with one copy of the character with it and one without it.

I have not brought one but here is what ZOS is saying "will" and "will not" transfer over

Will gold, inventory and bank content transfer with characters during the console release?

Characters' gold, inventory, and bank content will be transferred. However, the following will not move as part of the console transfer:

Crowns
Mail
Guilds
Friends
Ignore list
Trading house
Raid leaderboards status
AvA leaderboard status
Deleted Items
Deleted Characters

Of course the safest thing is to learn the trait before the transfer. But, if it's in your inventory or collection, then it should be there on the transfer.

Items will be transferred. Crown store items are normal items that just happen to be Bound.

And if you learned it already, you won't forget* it on the transfer.

As I understand it our game will be copied exactly as it exists at that moment except any crowns we have will stay with the PC account. Guilds obviously don't transfer unless your guild re-establishes itself on either or both of the consoles. Otherwise, what your character knows or has in his inventory or bank or collections including gold will move over and become a separate entity.

Can you imagine the chaos if every character of every account being transferred had to be sifted through to remove some, but not all, knowledge? If motifs are removed why not recipes, traits, mount training, levels, skills etc., etc., etc. The mind boggles at the sheer inanity of even thinking that would happen deliberately.

Just spend all your crowns on repair kits as soon as possible. They are verify effective especially if you play two roles and swap gear because they repair all items in inventory. Zenimax has not stated whether we would be given warning before they perform the account copy. So keep that mail empty too.

It will transfer, yes.

If you leave the motif as an item in your inventory, it will be transferred along with the rest of your inventory items.

If you use it to learn the style on a character, that character will be able to craft in that style on both the PC and console versions.
