One-handed ranged dps/healer viable?

Been away for awhile and was wonder if one-handed ranged dps and heals is a viable spec for a Templar?

Onehanded healer is possible for dungeons, but you'll always be worse than a healer using dual wield. For trials you need a restoration staff, even as a Templar.
Onehanded ranged dd might be ok for fun runs with friends, but there is no case in which it is better than all other waepon choices.

what do you mean "one-handed"? as in sword and shield? if so, yeah, blocking bonus from shield is nice. if JUST one weapon, NEVER do this, EVER!

yes, it is viable, just make sure your other weapon is a Resto staff and that when you are healing you are using that.
