Stealth Sorc Nerf Or Did I Miss Patch Note?

Sorc's overload ability no longer seems to count as a light attack to generate ulti, thus making it go really fast and making it close to useless. Was this a stealth nerf to sorc's, or did I miss a patch note?

I'm quite sure there was a patch note one or two patches ago.

It needed it, overload would also do good with a damage nerf (im a sorc)
