Werewolves question - are they affected by fighters guild passives in human form ?

Hi guys,
I have a noob werewolf question.
Are werewolves affected by the fighters guild passives of enemies when you are in human form?
I saw some answers saying it's only while transfomed but are we sure of that ? did anyone test it ? Because we never know with ZOS and ESO is the only game where you have to ask if everything is working as intended...

There is no side-effect of being Werewolf at the moment, unless you go in Werewolf form.
That is why everyone that is not a Vampire, is a Werewolf (because of stamina bonus).
