I don't think you should get banned as it can easily happen by accident. When I'm on my stamina nb and someone falls off the wall, I'll ambush to him. Not with the intention to enter the keep, but trying to kill him before he can use the door. Sometimes I'm to slow and will find myself inside the keep.
