It's been months and still nothing but private acknowledgements via tickets that the ground finder not working is a known issue. We've yet to see any official acknowledgement on the forums and the question has been repeatedly ignored in ESO Live.

Care you acknowledge it and tell us when it will be fixed?
End the tedious inventory management game.

I thought they said it was fixed a couple patches ago?

It works when enough ppl use it.

Problem is there is an inaccurate belief that is being shared as fact that the "not functioning as intended" doesn't mean the grouping isn't working at all.

There are bugs but...let's get ppl using it first.
If no one is using it....and your ZOS, why spend development time on it

1.'group leader but wasn't fixed a few weeks ago. Not still bugs out.

    2. Not sure it's worth fixing the grouping tool itself at this point as many gave up on that system a year ago. It doesn't matter if it is fixed if no one uses it.

No I just take time to read and apply using the info ZOS presents vs. complaining about something I can't create myself as I'm not a developer. I'm a customer.

Nobody uses it because it doesn't work. You really think players are going to continue spending the absurd amount of time it currently takes to form groups if there is a fast and functional group finder available? There's just no way that will continue. It currently takes me on average 30 minutes to form a pledge group and that's if diligently searching by traveling from zone to zone asking in chat, and i'm the tank.

If I could simply queue up and continue questing in a non-hub/capital city all the while letting automated matchmaking do the work i'd be much happier. And so would the majority of players.

Perhaps you were not playing with the wave of new players that started after the subscription was removed? If you had been then you'd have seen weeks of complaints about not being able to get groups for the first 6 dungeon groups. Some of those players just gave up and quit the game right there.

If someone enjoys group dungeon style combat most above other mmorpg features, why aren't going to stick with ESO when literally every other MMO game available does the matchmaking better.
End the tedious inventory management game.

It will be even more a problem on consoles. No text chat and no working group finder? Will sadly never play a group dungeon again :(

Yeah. It's simply amazing that ever since the group-content-focused update of 1.5, the group finder has been broken. Just baffling why this is no priority for them.

Actually, according to beta-testers, the group finder on console seems to work just fine.

The group finder on the console version is completely different. Much improved over PC. UI with lots of options that actually make sense and very short queue times. Like in the 1 to 5 minute range, at least during the small beta test. It pisses me off so much that this was designed for consoles but PC players haven't even got to test it. In my 800 hours played in ESO i'd wager a good 150 were wasted just dealing with group forming and related logistics. All I want is to logon - click queue in dungeon group finder, then go quest until i'm transported to a dungeon's entrance with 3 other players who are ready to go.
