BUT it should not stack with other CC
So if you get CC'ed then Feared, your currently stuffed.
Fear should clear all other CC (and have you run around like a mad man)
Also any new CC should clear fear.2 -
MercyKilling✭✭✭✭✭As a victim of a paralyzing phobia....I can say tis working as intended.I am not spending a single penny on the game until changes are made to the game that I want to see.
1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
3) Difficulty slider.
4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.1 -

What do you need? Fear working as intended, and anyway - NB need more buffs, cause they are too weak.

Did they really screw up the proc rate for frags? I was wondering if the fix would break the normal function of the skill. Guess I shouldn't wonder with Zenimax fixes.

Doesn't always work, but I guess that is also related to the bug where you can't use any skill after breaking out of cc.
I also hate that stupid locked status that it gets right when you switch, makes the game a lot less reactive. The weapon swap in 1.5 was waaaaay better.
