Does Torugs Pact Set combo with a Masters weapon from Dragonstar?

I was wondering if I would get the 30% enchantment boost on my Master weapon (Masters 2h sword preferred). It seems when i equipped everything, there is no obvious change to the numbers on my Masters 2h sword.. So i wasn't sure if this is a bug or it's intended. Can anyone help me out with this?

Daveheart✭✭✭✭I hadn't tested the 5 set torug bonus in a long time, but it used to be bugged and wasn't actually increasing the enchantment effect. It could still be bugged.Daggerfall Covenant (PC-NA)

Nighn_9✭✭✭✭✭I used it with another weapon and it's enchantment was increased and had a obvious point change. However, with the Masters 2h sword there was no change at all. perhaps Torugs Pact doesn't work with special enchantments? So i wonder if it'll work with those rare weapon sets from vet dungeons like Treasures of the Earthforge for example. Would Torugs increase its enchantment? If Torugs doesn't work on sets like this, what is the point of Torugs then...5

✭✭✭✭✭Master weapon effects don't have cooldown so torug doesn't do anything.
They all affect every relevant hit
As other have pointed out, the 5pcs bonus of torug's pact has two effects
Torug's pact should increase the enchantment effects by 30%.
So three questions present themselves.
1. Does the set enhance the enchantments on masters weapons?
2. If it does not, how long till we get ZOS to acknowledge that it does not?
