All item sets now scale off your character’s highest stats, just like Ultimate abilities.
Does anyone know what sets will be affected?
As far as I know all sets were only affected by item level and quality. Does anyone know which stats are affected by this? I'm going to be checking my equipment when the servers come up.

✭✭✭✭Answered in another thread. It only affects Crit chance on a proc, using the higher of Spell Crit or Weapon Crit.
Nothing else changes.
Also, since most are probably already set up to use the higher of those two via the sets they have, nothing changes at all.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -

So in theory, extreme stat stackers could probably get the Engine Guardian set's 10% chance a decent bit higher? As well as the other sets!

1 day till patch. Anyway i believe Engine set proc chance is not moderate.
