Recently some great stam builds ive gone against were kosmoko izjiz velconn and someothers. They are great and some have nirn and I tie or win against them.
Just gotta build magicka right

I don't think it is weak at all but I think Stamina NB is superior to it, especially in the age of Nirnhoned. Stamina champion synergies right now are just insane. Look at Medium armor and compare it to light. I'm sure surprise attack spam is nice against a dodge roller but man 2 handers just hit so hard.
I can't wait to fight some good magicka NBs on my NB (once I get to VR14 and throw some Nirn on). I do notice I'm far more effectiver against multiple opponents versus single because I can use dodgeroll animation cancel crit charge spam to pretty much continously fly around the battlefield and use it to ensure my primary target always takes a max bonus damage crit-charge rush as I hop back and forth.

Whats your hardest hitting magic attack, then start to compare it to armor values of a player. I can nirnhood your attacks down greatly can i not?
however your snipe still hurts.
Maybe weak is a bad word to use, however if you are looking to do damage, stamina seems the way to go.

Ohh you can hit like a truck as a Magicka NB, as long as your targets aren't wearing 40K+ Spell ress.
I'm too new to NB to speak from a position of authority and Arax is the best Magicka NB out there so if he says they're better I'm listening (even if I wont take him at his word until he proves it to me ( = ).

Thing is ezareth ive been doing insanely well verse stam builds but i do know that down the line stam builds will be stronger because up CP paasives.0 -
Gizit✭✭✭I dont believe they are weak, Mine is only vet 2 but quite discouraging starting out, he does not hit like said truck, more like a bug.
However i run high spell with other toons, and i giggle when some of the magic NB touch me.

Add in that there aren't too many videos out showing builds and their effectiveness and you have a less informed community that base a class' strengths on what 1 person told another person who heard it from another.

Bleh... I do good but sorcs hit hard, dueling wise i hate sorcs, openworld they are easier.to handle/kill but the toughest enemy (out of all the classes I find a skilled sorc most deadly against magicka NB but thats just what I think0 -

That happened with my 1.5 NB build. Magicka NB is Honstly better but harder to play0 -

but they were all low level targets, and most of it was him running instead of fighting.
and everyone was loving it.

its not so much FOTM, its actually what works now? because soon you will see less and less people without the Nirnhoned as soon as the market is more flooded with it. Just like regen being the way to go for sorc's being that hardened ward is just a click away.
so i am unsure what to believe anymore.

1) Its bugged and actually reduces spell resist by 10k
2) Its counted on base spell resist so if someone use 4 nirn=(100% spell resist) nirn is counted after therefore it reduces global spell resist by 20k.
