I like to try and get this set.
But as i can see i can only get it at the pvp vendor. Can i get it with my VR 8 or will the item always be VR1 2?

    I would wait until you are vr14.

    Yes but you have to buy bags fro VR8. My advice is lvl up and get it for VR14.

    You buy bags in Cyrodiil vendor with AP. There is a chance to drop a PvP set item from these bags.

    The pvp vendors at the main gate sell blue containers that have random items based on which containers you buy. There are rare set item that only drop in these loot tables.

    Really? Are these sets worth having for PVE? I doubt I would use them - despite having 15k AP I don't like playing PVP at all...

    Some of them are useful for PvE. Don't worry you can buy them from a guild trader. They are bound on equip, not bound on pickup as some PvE sets.

    The most expensive are around 6.4k. But it is a chance for a set item, i don't know what is the chance rate.
