It is if you stepped in all 5 of them. (5500 a piece isn't that unusual.)

They also have potential to Crit (Each individually)

Steer clear of the glowy purple things on the ground. They're there to kill you.

Would be nice if you could set off enemy mines by attacking them with a projectile (light/heavy staff or bow) attack. If I'm not mistaken this mechanic was in Skyrim, perhaps earlier TES games as well. Its been a while, so I may be mistaken.

^ I mistakenly used the word mistaken in back to back sentences. It was a mistake.

@Theosis , @mtwiggz , except for the part about them being of arcane origin and able to sense the difference between a friend, a foe, and a stick thrown at a distance.

5 Light Attacks would render it useless? I don't think so.

Visual cues fail on lag. Yes, it's easy to spot under normal circumstances. But, that's pretty seldom nowadays in Cyrodiil.

Games are meant to be played.

Back in Auriel's Bow 1.0, I have thought that the best way to handicap a faction with the HUGE pop advantage is to temporarily disable their grouping functionality and their ability to fight in 3rd person point of view! Let's see if these do not even up the odds.

    Big. Purple. Circles.

Often accompanied by a Mage that seems remarkably intent on standing his ground.

Lies, don't tell me you can't see them. Big ass purple marks....

You either need a better computer, or better eyes, Cyrodil lag isn't that bad. And if it was a Zerg, you wouldn't be just getting hit with mines....

Ah, the greatest gift you can give a spellcaster is to rush into melee range, intent on his/her destruction.
