This just in - Fox has decided NOT to renew American Idol. Television watchers around the world rejoice! Heard on a beach near Auridon, "What the hell will I watch while fishing now?".

Cross-over posting from fishing discussion. Sorry if it offends.

you see - fishing is so dog-gone boring, that while doing it people often do things that they would normally never do. Like pulling their fingnails out, stabbing themselves in the eyes with pitchforks, or watching American Idol.
