IT is NOT that kind of game, never was meant to be, never will be, adding ANYONE of these (except of dueling) would cause the game to shut down in months.
That kind of MMO never works, and never actually worked in teh first place, the only reason they EVER existed is lack of competition.
There are so many things wrong with most of your idea's and that go completely againt how this game (and 90% of games) was made that even THINKING of these kind of thigns is ludicrous and compeltely laughable.
Finally, to put any argument down for good from you, you can say "well then, just make a difference instance.server wit this stuff and let the people who want it use it" all you want, and all it would prove is you have no idea how programming works, there is no way in Oblivion the amount of money, time, and people that would be NEEDED to do it would EVER, in a million years be worth it.

Absolute openworld PVP will not be added to this game. It really does not make sense since the only people we can kill would be from our own alliance and it would take a complete rework of the game and probably added lag to make the change.
- With that, the second half of the Justice system will be implemented, eventually. This will allow PVP type fights under specific circumstances but expect the guards to be able to join in.
- Sorry, but I see the jail system as boring. I like that if someone cannot pay their bounty it does not matter how many times the guards kill them they still have their bounty. I expect the second half of the Justice system will have something.
- Reward for someones head will be added with the second part of the Justice system, but within the Justice system so people choose to participate rather than players going runamuck with declaring bounties. You could always form an RP group and RP bounties like you suggest.
Player oriented black sacrament, stealing money from other players, kidnapping or stealing from offline playes or anything with offline players? I really think ESO is not the game for you. Not poking fun at this, just does not logically fit in here.

that is your point of view "ludicrous and compeltely laughable" because you want to stick with old setup made across all those 90% of games... but not mine, you can say my ideas are wrong and I will still say you they arent! they are just new which you seems to not be able to accept...
heh never works? dunno why this kind of mmos is beating even gigants like wow on east then

Do a poll. Ask simply if PVE included open world PVP, would you play ESO. Yes/No
And go from there
to be fair, I do believe an area safe from other players interference and not annoying like a town center/bank/etc that we can duel each other and test builds/skills.....or simply for fun. Unkillable Test Dummies too.
........WOW has the largest number of players in ANY MMORPG, no game even comes close, this is/has been known for a VERY long time, so yeah, whatever yo uare saying is outright false here.
As for the rest, there is a reason no one makes these kind og games anymore, they DID exist, SWG, before the NGE, is famous for it, but guess what, none of those games are around anymore.

To be frank with you.. this game is not WOW. There is a reason this game doesn't have open pvp. If you want that, go to Cyrodill. Its that simple really. Pretty much everyone plays this game for the lore, and I believe I am right about this, the pve aspect.

...never said it WAS like WOW (though it is STILL an MMO and thus will be compared), also, what he wants is compelete Open world PVP, you can even attack same-faction palyers, which WOW does not have.
My point was, he was saying WOW is a dead MMO that games like what he wants are beating, which is not true in any way.
PLEASE IMPLEMENT MANDATORY OPEN WORLD PVP no other game has that.
There are MMOs with open world PvP, and they are mainly small indie games with very small populations. Darkfall is one example.
More typical PvE-based MMOs have in the past introduced PvP servers - EQ and EQ2 being examples - and those servers initially attracted no more than 10% of the population and then ended up being merged or closed through lack of use.
ESO would hemorrhage players if it introduced open world PvP in any major sense, and may well lose some players if and when a restricted form of open world PvP is added to the Justice System, hence ZOS holding back on it so as to ensure that if they do introduce it they get it right. Personally, I hope it never happens. I have no interest in any of the OP's suggestions.
Parrotbrain wrote: »I love the OPs suggestions, i think it would add a unique flavour to the game, as long as the PVP systems are opt-in, i.e. you have to flag yourself for it. Maybe adding it as a separate content pack activating systems for those that want it, to prevent griefing.
