Did Michael Gambon Finish the Voice Acting for Console?

I was watching a video of someone playing the XB1 version of and its hard to tell because they are talking but it sounds like the voice doesn't have the actor change that is present in the PC version for the Prophet after leaving The Wailing Prison.

Did Michael Finish the acting? Or am I hearing it wrong?

If He did finish it, when will it be put into the PC version or has it been done already?

It looks like ZOS got both him and Malcolm McDowell to do a few more lines for the Console Beta. There's definitely a difference. I just did the Wailing Prison about a week ago, and the dialogue/voices still haven't been applied to the PC version.

Dunno when/if we'll see a fix. Probably when console is released.

He finished the acting. What happened was that during beta near the end people were complaining about starting the game on the starter islands. So what they did was have everyone spawn in the first starter cities on the main continent and let people choose if they wanted to head to the starter islands first or stay on the main continent. So they had to fiddle with his voice and add in some extra voice acting to tie it in together. The rest of his voice acting is still in the game and remains the same.

F2P, B2P, etc. are valid, proven business models - but subscription is the one that fits ESO the best, given our commitment to freedom of gameplay, quality and long-term content delivery. Plus, players will appreciate not having to worry about being "monetized" in the middle of playing the game, which is definitely a problem that is cropping up more and more in online gaming these days. The fact that the word "monetized" exists points to the heart of the issue for us: We don't want the player to worry about which parts of the game to pay for - with our system, they get it all."

I played it this last week and it still has what Sounds to me to be Malcolm McDowell doing the additonal few lines that was needed for the starting area change mentioned above.

I however don't hear his (the replacement) voice but Michael's on the Console beta Youtube videos. The problem is I haven't seen a video that goes through all of the options so I don't know if they just missed the lines that had an alternate actor or if they got him to come back and record those few lines.
