Would you like ZOS to add glass armor motif (like TES Oblivion) To the game and crown store?

Never used it, but the weapons. I prefer basic armor like leather, cloth or iron.

Yes, if it applied to all three types
As it is a motif it would need to cover all armor types.
It would not be fair to exclude any of them, even if glass heavy armor doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

They introduced conceptual drawings around the same time the introduced conceptual drawings for Undaunted sets.

I'd like to see the armor, just not via Crown Store.

Regarding armor weights, it should have minimal visibility on Heavy, a bit more on Medium, but primarily on Light.

They should be accent pieces on the two highs, as Glass has always been a Light Armor primarily.

I'd like it further if it would give some bonuses to AC for Light, as it well should. Too much discrepancy between HA, MA, and LA as it is.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.

Yes, medium and light, to the game only. Never the crown store.

We already know that glass armor is coming to the game. Just watch the presentation from the last Quakecon.

And you believe anything from that video still applies at this point? Interesting.

Absolutely. No matter how many times I point to Glass Armor as an example of weapons and armor in TES not staying to a strict dark grey classic medieval gloomy color scheme people still insist on attempting to enforce metallic color dyes only for weapons and armor. Would be nice to have Glass motiff in game for some continuity with the other entries of the series .

    Yes, medium and light
I wouldn't cry foul if glass were a heavy armor type but it has been light since Morrowind and it shouldn't be more than medium. Of course anyone wearing a full set of glass always looks like they are in heavy and I'm sure it weighs a ton.

It's already in the code, but... I would not want it to look anything like Oblivion's Glass armor. Maybe Morrowinds or Skyrims, (which they've actually seemed to make their own here), but I do want glass armor eventually. I also do not want it to be specific to the Crown store, as it, like other motifs, are usually gained through the game's activities.

And it would be a great item for the cash shop. About $50 worth of crowns.

What is it with you people and suggestions for the Crown Store? Why are you such willing participants in your own exploitation?
    I just don't understand ...

They should add in a Glass Motif to the game.

This would give people another style to choose from as it would be cosmetic only.

It would be hard to add in as an armor type without making one of the others obsolete.

I would want to see it in the game, yes!
But for crafting it, we need some Raw Glass mines or single nodes for the material, the motif itself wouldn't do the job alone.

Check the prices of the motifs in the store. $50 for a new motif is likely. Beware what you ask for. May just get it and have to pay well for it.

Honestly? It should be implemented as a light armor type, as in go mine raw glass and craft it.

Yes glass armor for sure, but there is no medium armor in Oblivion, just light and heavy armor. So basically just like in Morrowind glass armor for light armor only!

Except that "light" armour in Oblivion (and Skyrim) = "medium" armour in ESO
