As previously stated, it doesn't have to be the Imperial City.
It could be a new or existing location as well. The concept is simply to implement a neutral hub so that all alliances can come together to trade, battle, and buy housing. Why not throw all that together and have one massive area that brings the whole community together?

lets spitball that question around a bit eh?

one good place might be a city within meridia's realm, a place where we dont go physically, but spiritually.
We started off without a soul, meridia saved it during your fight with bal, it could be feasible to assume she either still has it so we can appear in a city in her realm whenever we need through our bond with out soul, or her saving it created a bond with her power, allowing same. not the best idea since it requires vet level and main story completion, but probably give people something to look foward to in vet lvls, since your leaving blackwater and entering vet campaigns, and the evil climb up the vet rank ladder.
((Edit: again, not best idea, since she hates vampires, and a good deal of the playerbase are still vamps))

The god of schemes might not allow the imperial city as you suggested, but with oblivion, or even aetherius, the options are limitless, and lore friendly.

Tell me why are you not working on fixes or updates but instead hassling people who only want to share an idea lol.

its called common sense and seeing what MMOs devs do. there has NEVER been an MMO that has actually listened to is its players on the forums for new features, especially not for something like this. So, unless you think your single idea is the one that will break over ten years of status quo, this is simply not going to happen unless they already had this planned, which is unlikely.

It sounds like your saying:

Common sense dictates that ZOS does not care about feedback and ideas
And we are only wasting our time on the forums because in an mmo you do as your told and get what your given.

I dont know about you but thats a pretty silly way of looking at games.

An mmo just like any other game will always listen to feedback and apply the information to there game.

they DON"T care about feedback or idea's i thought that was obvious in the first place.......

secondaly, no what i am saying is that idea's from people on the forums are NEVER implementted in ANY MMO, EVER. please name one MMO where a MAjor idea from someone on the forum was added simply because of the supposrt around it on the forums.
