Does the bonus damage hit always when you attack from stealth, or does it only hit when the 15% chance magic damage procs?

Always from stealth on undead/daedra.

Like the above person said all teh time from stealth and it is a seperate harder hitting proc than the 15% chance proc. The sneak attack proc is usually closer to the actual damage of the sneak attack. The 15% chance proc is much less

Expect Hunter and all the morphs have a 15% chance to do bonus damage to undead and daedric enemies with a 4% chance vs all other enemy types. Evil Hunter gives you stamina with it procs, whereas Camouflage Hunter does x Damage from stealth always with the same 15% change to deal bonus damage so one hit from stealth can proc both Camo bonuses and the 15% and 4% chance applies to ALL damage output

On the topic of demon hunter does it proc off of aoes like caltrops and aoe spells? and does it proc off of damage ticks?

yes and siege any damage you can do can proc it

no WW in Human form is counted as fully human with 15% stamina regen no draw backs
