1.6 would've been fine if they had kept bringing stamina slowly on par with magicka, as they had been doing for a while, instead of overhauling every skill, and if they had just multiplied our stats by 10 instead of rebalancing all of them in the process3 -

agreed, some of the changes were good but a lot of the rebalancing seemed like tons of completely unnecessary work when those hours/funds could have been devoted to server stability or new content2013

Instead of a cool down it should have been a max amount, everyone and their dog knows this. But ZoS does nothing.
Weapon enchant procs my surge heal = 50pt heal
C. Frag procs heal = 7k heal
