Crystal Fragments question- Sorc skill morphed from crystal shard- how to detect the proc?

So this skill basically states that there is a 35% chance to proc an ability by using spells that will allow me to use crystal fragment instantly, 20% more damage and 50% less magicka consumption. However, how do i detect this proc? I dont see any symbol or buff/debuff whatsoever on my character that will indicate that it has proced. Is it possible to detect it through adjustment of settings?

There are also various add-ons which will show a pop-up when it procs, FTC or CombatCloud for example.

I find it hard to miss the biiping sound and the glowing hands. But I also have an addon that shows me when im in bigger battles and sounds are harder to hear..

I'd really like an addon that counts the number of times it procs since now it can stack.

Most of the time, I use the biiping to know when the crystal proc, but sometime when the game is lagging a little there is no sound or visual effect. At these moment, I use my buff addon, who show me when the crystal proc.
