Which faction is the most social (social talkative players, parties in towns, ect)? EP, AD, or DC?

Which faction is the most social? I am an EP player and most of the time when I say "Hi" to strangers in all chat, or yell chat, or even whisper.... they ignore me. ITs hard to make friends with the community being antisocial. Maybe most people have chat bubbles turned off and just don't notice? The whole reason I play an MMO opposed to a single player game is because I want to interact with other players. Otherwise I would just play Skyrim...

Which out of the 3 servers has the most social community? A community that doesn't ignore people and is friendly and social.

I want to walk into a town and see people chit chatting, or doing fun emotes and partying. I want to see a living MMO world.

PvE and PvP social interactions are completely different imo

If youre talking about NA server PvE zones i think the most populated will be the most social. I played EP from the beginning and I'm trying out AD. It is obvious to me how populated EP is compared to AD. I could find a group for pledges with EP but AD is not that easy and takes a while to find experienced/prepared players. With EP, i've had more chances of selling items in /zone advertising than in AD. If i needed help with world bosses or dolmens, I've had more allies with EP than AD. The downside is that PvFlower for EP is not that fun since there are more PvFlowerers there than with AD. I have had 2 hits on Imperial Motif during lvl 1-50 on my first AD experience.

However, if youre talking about PvP its a different story. Many players in Cyrodiil regardless of server are committed to their PvP guilds in which they value strategy, cooperation, but most importantly information. As my guild leader says, "information is power." As a result, if you're outright asking what the next move in /zone, /yell, /whateverchat, don't expect an answer. "Type 123 for group" isnt really that hard to spy on for those groups maliciously looking for AP. I've heard of stories of players playing spy and leading pugs to their friends for AP intentionally leading a group to feed AP to their friends. Some groups are strict on who they roll with so advertising "type 123 for group" puts them at risk of spies whispering their crossfactions buddies every move. Guilds are extremely careful of who they give their info to when you see a well known guild advertising, go for it. Who knows when they will recruit again and just give it a try.

PvP /zone /yell chats in my experience as an EP and AD has been relatively the same. They've had their fair share of poison. Both alliances have trolls, spies, a**holes, farm groups, pugs, and pvp guild players throwing their 2 cents in zone and sometimes it just becomes too much that even that map starts falling apart.

I'm an EP player as well and have similar experiences. Most of the time people just ignore it when I say or ask something or when I say "thanks" for helping at a dolmen, for example. They just don't give a damn and focus on their own stuff again. So I gave up on this.

Different experiences I have with my only DC character, whenever I said or asked something, I got an answer. I can't say much about AD, though, since I don't have a character there.

I'm gonna be a little backwards here, I use to answer a lot of questions from zone chat and try to help out folks a lot but when there are too many folks using chat I get to where I tend to ignore it even to the point I miss my own guilds comments. If I do notice one I'll stop what I'm doing and scroll back and read the conversation and see if I can help. If I run with my guild or friends I have tabs set up that cuts zone chat off completely.

Why backwards,,, maybe the most populated is not the answer. You might try a quieter area to socialize, one where folks haven't gotten burned out on the Chat box and/or ignore it because the volume of messages is just to much to keep up with.
