Are all of your clips normal speed or are they sped up? It seems like you move a little faster than I do on my char but that could be just my imagination.
It's interesting to see how a max damage sorc playstyle controlled by a skilled player differs from my own with a sustainability build. You freaking destroy people so fast and your shields are significantly larger. I'm also surprised to see you dodge rolling as much as you do. I'm assuming you're using stamina cost reduction enchants as well?

Thanks Ez, the only part I sped up was at the end when I was wall-walking on the bridge; it was taking a little while to crouch across so I sped it up. I guess it just looks like I'm moving faster because of all the rolling. I use spell damage glyphs on my jewelry, I just have most of my points in Tumbling instead of regen or reduction cost to spells.
Yeah, I didn't use to roll dodge this much back in the day. The break stun animation is so god awful and slow; back in the day it didn't use to matter because it took people awhile to kill you, so you had time to recover after a break stun. Nowadays you can literally die before being able to get a spell off after being CC'd and waiting for the break stun animation to end. So I think I subconsciously started to roll dodge any CC or high damaging moves I saw coming at me because of that, which eventually evolved into what happened at 1:23 in the video, where I saw the sorc's hands light up after he cast hardened ward then he bolted behind me, so I roll dodged because I knew he was going to throw his frag proc at my back and it would mess up my kill on the other guy.
I think that's also part of the reason why shields are so prevalent right now, just like roll dodging-- preventative measures are just better than reactive measures when people die so fast (and the game has clunky mechanics).I remember back before the champion system I hadn't ever used hardened ward once on my character. When I came back to the game in 2.0, I actually had to go level it up so I could morph it. I use to be able to heal myself with crit surge and not have any shields on, because people didn't die instantly back then so healing was actually useful. Nowadays healing is useless to a sorc, even if crit surge was changed to heal you for 10000% of the damage you deal on crits, it would still be useless because your HP doesn't take any damage when you have shields on, and if you don't have shields on you can instantly die so healing isn't going to help you any, just re-casting your shields will. I use to never walk around Cyrodiil with shields on before the champion system, and only healing ward myself when I needed it, now I just permanently have hardened ward on me at all times regardless if I'm in the middle of nowhere on my horse, because the second it drops off I know I could die in .5 seconds even know I have 22k HP.
I think they should probably make some sort of change where you can only have 1 shield on yourself active at a time, then change crit surge to shield you for 60% of the critical damage you do (if it would heal you over 100% of your maximum life), or something to that extent.
Shield stacking is too strong atm, but so is roll dodging, and so is fear & petrify, and damage is way too high. A lot of problems that would literally take a week maximum to address and implement, if only ZoS would hire someone who actually PvP'd to help them decide on these changes, because it's pretty obvious to most of the PvP community that their lead developers do not PvP very much, or they would see the same things that were seeing.

But the game is still and arguably even more buggy.
Not sure why people think TTK is vastly different than it was at start. Until everyone switched to full LA/Impen/Resto/1hS, TTK was no different than now. I killed people in 2-3 spells on my sorc with my Frags doing 800-1k a pop. I also had over 60% crit at all times. Considering the average player had around 2k Health (DK tanks @3k) I would burn people down instantly. This happened from the end of April all the way until September.
With my Nightblade I was doing the exact same thing with uppercut or Snipe (pre nerf). I could kill a 3k hp DK by the time he got up from his dismount knockdown.
Those of you complaining about TTK either did not PvP much for the first 5-6 months of ESO or have a poor memory.
When people began stacking Impen and using reflect, various spell shields, Healing Ward, fights began to last longer. Look at some of the videos @Ezareth was posting during this meta. He was not built around burst at all. If I remember correctly you would see him spamming Mage's Wrath and Vel Curse to do the bulk of his damage (when not in overload). Due to crit being non existant, fight's were about sustain which forced people into Light Armor / Resto builds. This is why you think TTK was so much better.
In conclusion the game has always had a fast TTK. The only thing that changed was the meta.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wxqqe_ooMU the damage is out of control atm for magicka builds and stamina builds.

Well having 40% more HP than nowadays helped too.
