Flame talent clarification

flame talent racial does increase all fire based atks dmg or just and only magica based fire atks? does it give bonus dmg for stamina fire atks or not?

    It says 'Increases Spell Power with fire effects ', so I'm assuming it's magicka based. It used to be all fire attacks, but that changed with 1.6, I believe.
    Rune Fell- Dunmer Mag Sorcerer (DC)~The Adventurer
    Runed Claws- Khajiit Stam Dragonknight (DC) ~The Tank
    Rain Fell- Argonian Mag Templar (EP)~ The Healer
    Dragon Talon- Bosmer Stam Nightblade (AD) ~ The DPS

    So stamina-morphed DK abilities no longer apply?

    I'm pretty sure as stamina morphs, they don't run off of Spell Power, but Weapon Power, as far as I know. If they didn't, they'd be a lot weaker then their counterparts, as your strength is (assumably) in stamina and Weapon Power. My DK is magicka based and doesn't have any stamina morphs, though, so I can't really test it.

    Well that's a bummer, I'll have to test that out. I just morphed my dunmer DK's abilities to stamina, I really enjoyed that bonus to flame damage before. Decisions decisions.

    Fire effects = Fire dots. Its not spell damage increase on all fire damage. Just on effects, as dots etc. Sounded like you needed clarification on that too

    What about Flame enchants on melee wpns or the fire breathing from Ashen passive or Akivirii FIre Set passive?
    There is nothing here of interest to any nations; as a matter of fact, there is nothing here but people.

    if this is true... then this is one of worst racials ever! can anybody from devs clarify this?
